Working with you was helpful because I’m a young person in the game and obviously, I seem to lack knowledge of nutrition and how to cut my weight.
If it weren’t for you at the golden gloves, I would’ve probably never had made my weight or I’d be extremely drained when I had to fight.
I want to thank you for helping me through these tough situations, I wouldn’t have done it without you.

Zack is the most knowledgeable person I’ve met in a very long time. Under his guidance, I’ve been able to conquer injuries.
The therapy and exercises were incredibly comprehensive and effective. Through training and counsel, I’ve become stronger and more capable.
As a fighting trainer, lifting trainer, swimming trainer and fitness guru, there has never been someone who could maintain my level of motivation like Zack.
He’s always ready to help, selflessly so. Thank you for all the support through all my goals. None of it would be possible without you.

Zak is more than just a trainer; he is someone that cares dearly for everyone he takes under his wing.
Someone that genuinely wants to see you succeed. Training with Zak has given me the confidence that I needed to know how to protect myself in many situations.
When you combine that trait with his vast knowledge of rehabilitation, you get a life-changing experience. An experience that allows you to grow as a person.
The conversations, the training, the knowledge aim to help you grow as a person and becoming a better version of yourself.
I have never met anyone that cares for his clients like that until I started training with Zak. 10/10 would recommend!

Zack has been an excellent trainer in every regard that you can be. Over the last two years, thanks to him and the constant training and long conversations, I have developed myself across all dimensions of athleticism and being a fighter.
I have improved my flexibility, explosiveness, technique, fluidity and much more thanks to the training I have received.
He is extremely dynamic, whether it be specifically for boxing, strength and conditioning, nutrition or rehab.
He has a wealth of knowledge that inspires me to be better and know more. Any slight discomfort or pain I might be experiencing, I know that not only can
I call Zack whenever and he will answer but that he will tell me what to do. Or FaceTime me immediately to show me how we can reduce the risk of injury or in most cases, reduce the pain completely within a couple of minutes.
When it comes to fighting, he always has an extremely specific agenda regarding what we’re going to be training on that day and why. He will pick specific training partners to spar with me and give me instant feedback after every round to tell me what I am doing wrong as well as what is right.
I fought two years ago with Zack in my corner, and he guided me to victory through his analysis of the other fighter as well as my attributes that I could use to my advantage. Cutting weight was easy with Zack’s guidance.
I lost about 10 pounds over a month without feeling a thing because of the advice I took. What to eat, when to eat, how much to eat while being completely functional for school, training and everything else is crucial to any person who wishes to cut weight.
During this weight cut, I had a specific plan set over the month, which included my strength and conditioning days specifically designed to make me more functional for the fight.
I was preparing for, sparring days, technique-specific drilling days, stretching and rehab days. Cardio days would also present themselves in various forms (i.e., running, sprints on bag, etc).
I quickly learned there is no limit to the number of things you can achieve with the proper guidance.
Finally, without a doubt, Zack is much more than just a coach; he is a friend and big brother that I can count on.
He will advise me whether it be family/personal/school/work problems I may be having and always make me feel much better than I did at the beginning of the conversation.
Because his knowledge goes far beyond the physical attributes to the athletes he trains but also towards the spiritual and mental aspects. Not all battles are fought in the ring, but either way, I can count on Zack to be in my corner.
